I wonder if I'll make it the next five days. National Poetry Month is fun, but why does it seem longer than other 30 day stretches? Oh, creative distractibility.
 We're not even a full week into National Poetry Month and already I am a day behind! Oh well. Sickness and sleepiness and all those other things of life got in the way on Friday, but maybe I'll feel motivated and creative enough to write a second poem on Saturday. Or maybe it doesn't matter! Anyway, I wrote this after reading a long email from a girlfriend in SF. I miss her.  |
