Last time washing winter clothes Sweater weather's done  I'm writing this from my hammock. My goodness, it feels good to take a deep breath in the dark.   Happy National Poetry Month! At least that's what I read on the internet. I'm going to attempt to write a poem a day this month. If I can't, I'll celebrate other poets. This should be fun, and given my efforts to take writing more seriously, impeccably timed.   Sometimes I like to write poetry that isn't planned or well thought out or reviewed or anything. Don't get me wrong, I love to stew on certain writings for days, but if words come to me spontaneously, I find it best to get them down and make them look pretty. This is about love and spring.  |
